Education Qualifications: Graduate with relevant experience.
Shift: Day – US shift- 9 PM- 6 AM in winters and 8 PM to 5 AM in summers
- Good telephone etiquette (voice modulation, intonation, clear accent and professional demeanour etc.)
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication (good spoken and written English a must!)
- Poised, self-confident, assertive, good convincing power and selling skills.
- Good at interpreting and improvising off scripts.
- Acting ability and improvisational skills
- Hard, systematic worker.
- Seizes the initiative, active learner.
- Basic technical literacy: comfortable with the computer, but also with a broad range of high tech terminology
- Must have hands on experience in working with Digital marketing organisations
Role & Responsibilities :
- The team will make sales calls to potential clients.
- Recognition of historical significance and long-term potential of DigiTech Services
- Solid business sense in the qualification process. Willingness to walk away from scheduling an inappropriate appointment.
- Proactive, willing to be intrusive with cold calls.
- Use latest sales / marketing tools and techniques to identify and develop clients.
